Kinvara Mum to Be and New Mum Social Group in Galway is a welcoming space for soon-to-be mums and new mothers to get peer-led support and advice during the first year of motherhood. Enjoy tea and cake while meeting new parents experiencing the same tiredness and joy that parenthood can bring - a perfect place to build new friendships. There's a WhatsApp group you can join too. Location: SIAR Café, Kinvara, Dungory West, The Quay, Kinvara, Galway. Time: every second Tuesday, 9.30-11am (sign up to their WhatsApp group for upcoming meetings). Cost: free.
