Baby massage classes teach parents how to use gentle, rhythmic strokes to massage their babies, promoting bonding, relaxation, and potentially aiding in digestion and sleep. Classes run for 5 weeks. Swords term starts Tuesday 2nd September, 10-11.30am. Howth term starts Thursday 4th September, 10-11.30am. Most health insurance will refund up to €100 depending on your level of cover.
