Finglas West Family Resource Centre is creating a welcoming and inclusive space where people have a sense of belonging, with a great selection of classes and groups for families. Contact: finglaswestfrc@barnardos.ie. Peeps Parent & Toddler Group: parents and toddlers learn and have fun through creative and sensory play activities, stories and songs. Peeps aims to help children become confident learners through play, focusing on five strands of child development: personal, social and emotional development; communication and language; early literacy; early maths; and health and physical development. Registration required. Fathers Toddler Group: each themed session provides stories, songs and an activity to promote social skills, sensory play and the bond between children and caregiver. Baby Massage: a lovely space for parents/guardians and babies to meet others, share experiences and learn new techniques to relax and soothe your baby - register your interest to attend and we will be in touch. The Sensory Playgroup: a safe space for parents/carers and their babies, aiming to reduce social isolation, provide sensory play for babies, offer a space for parents/carers to be with their babies, and give parents the opportunity to receive peer support and advice. Each session offers opportunities for babies to explore their environment through various forms of play, including sensory, music, stories, art/craft and toys.
