Downstrands Parent, Baby and Toddler Group
Downstrands Family Resource Centre offers a range of groups and classes for parents of babies and young children. Downstrands Parent, Baby and Toddler Group is a great way for tots and their dads, mums and carers to socialise. These friendly groups are all led by volunteer parents who will make you feel welcome - check out the group's Facebook page for updates. Location: The Dolmen Centre, Kilclooney, Portnoo, Co. Donegal, F94 DN83. Day/Time: every Friday, 10.30am-12pm (during school term). Cost: €2 per family. Contact: downstrandsfrc@yahoo.ie. Baby Massage Course: the resource centre also hosts popular 5-week Baby Massage courses, suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawler - keep an eye on their socials to sign up. Mums and Bubs Pilates: a 6-week Pilates course to regain core strength and function while bonding with baby, and a great chance to meet new mums and make friends - suitable for babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawler, keep an eye on their socials to sign up.
