Conscious Crafting provides innovative and inclusive crafting & visual arts workshops that promote mindfulness and creativity for people of age 9 & up and all backgrounds. We strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment inspired principles of art therapy that fosters self-reflection, emotional expression and connections.
