Bloom Baby Classes North West Ireland

Parent-and-toddler

Bloom Baby Classes Ballina offer gentle, research-based baby development sessions designed to support bonding, early learning, and sensory exploration. Each week introduces new themes, songs, activities, and opportunities for connection with other parents and caregivers. Any primary caregiver is welcome - mum, dad, grandparents, guardians, or trusted caregivers - and siblings can attend if the class allows (please message to confirm). Caregivers must stay for the full duration of the class to support their baby, join in with activities, and ensure safety. Babies should wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and sensory play, and you may bring a blanket or small mat for baby to lie on (optional); for Caterpillar Club, massage oil can be provided, or caregivers may bring their preferred baby-safe oil. Caterpillar Club (6 weeks-6 months) is a calm, nurturing class for younger babies focusing on early bonding, baby massage, gentle sensory play, and age-appropriate developmental activities - perfect for pre-sitters. Busy Bees (6-15 months) is a more active, engaging class for babies who are sitting, moving, or exploring, including music, sensory play, early movement activities, and opportunities to practise emerging developmental skills in a safe environment. Location: Ballina Sean Duffy Community Centre. Weekly sessions on Mondays: Busy Bees, 11-11.45am, and Caterpillar Club, 12.15-1pm.
