Babies who are massaged tend to sleep better and get relief from growing pains, muscular tension, teething discomfort, gas and colic. It also increases relaxation and reduces stress levels by stimulating the anti-stress hormones oxytocin and serotonin, for both parent and infant - a wonderful way to spend time with your baby.
