Ardfert Parent and Toddler Group - Ardfert Community Centre -

Join the Parent and Toddler Group in Ardfert Community Centre on Wednesdays, 9-11am, where children adore the company and space to run around in a safe, secure environment. A small donation of €2 is given by parents each visit, which goes towards funding trips and outings such as Pirate Pete's and swimming at Banna Beach Hotel, Crazy Caves in Castleisland, and Kennedy's Pet Farm. There's a supply of tea and coffee to hand at all times, and it's great to meet people going through the same challenges, from weaning to potty training and more. The group has regular visits from the local public health nurse, and visits from a physiotherapist and a life coach/parenting expert. Goals include helping children develop social skills at their own pace, building a child's emotional confidence, supporting children's imagination and creativity, and learning through role-play.
